We drove down a road once, and I saw it. He stopped the car and let me out. I walked across the lonesome highway and took one. Then I walked down the gravel shoulder and took another. My hunger was quelled, and as I shrugged into my seat, the feeling bubbled up again and almost spilled over. I had to have more.
